  1. Unsweetened Dried Coconut (I think Edward & Sons dried coconut available at Whole Foods or online is best.)
  2. Fresh Ginger
  3. Fresh Garlic
  4. Cilantro
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Tamarind Paste
