A well stocked pantry makes any cooking easier.

I’ve listed the standard items in my kitchen pantry and some of their uses. You certainly do not need all of these items, especially in large quantities. Where possible, especially for ingredients not found in mainstream stores, I have tried to note the brands/stores I buy.

One of the things I have learned over the years is that the quality of the ingredients has a significant impact on the end result of the cooking. So, buy the best products you can.
